Delivery

** 1 July 2021 - Shipping to EU countries is temporarily suspended while we work out what to do about the VAT rules **

Delivery is available to most countries worldwide. If you order for delivery outside the UK, your parcel may be subject to import duties and taxes, which you will be responsible for paying. We have no control over these charges. For further information, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.

We aim to send out your order on the next shop day. If this is a weekend or bank holiday, it may not leave the Betws-y-coed Post Office until the next working day.

The available delivery options will (should – please get in touch if you encounter any problems!) appear when you reach checkout; they will vary depending on your location and the items ordered. Prices are dependant on size and weight, including packaging, and are based on Royal Mail prices. Orders over 2kg may be sent as two separate parcels.

Collect in person

If you live in or are visiting the area, you are welcome to collect your order from the shop during normal opening hours. 

Select the “Pickup” option at checkout, and we will contact you when your order can be collected. There’s no post & packing charge, but please bring your bag with you, or buy one in the shop!

Delivery charges

For UK deliveries, there’s now a choice of 2nd class, 1st class or Signed For (1st class). If you’re using Apple Pay, the checkout might default to 2nd class, so please make sure you’ve selected the one you want!

All overseas deliveries are sent by Royal Mail’s International Standard service. If you would prefer a tracked or signed for delivery, please let us know before you order so we can confirm the price for you.

Apple Pay (if you’re on an eligible Apple device)

Apple Pay is not available for digital downloads.
