John Arbon uses traditional worsted machinery at his mill (Fibre Harvest) in Devon to process and spin fine quality British yarns.
The Alpaca 2-3ply is spun from the fleeces of British alpacas to a heavy laceweight, producing a soft, lightweight yarn. The addition of nylon gives extra durability. The natural drape and halo of alpaca lends itself to intricate lace projects.
