Delivery

We are a small independent business, and we do NOT ship orders every day!
We aim to send out your order on the next day the Betws shop is open. If this is a weekend or bank holiday, the parcel may not leave the Betws-y-coed Post Office until the next working day.

The available delivery options will (should – please get in touch if you encounter any problems!) appear when you reach checkout; they will vary depending on your location. With effect from 1 January 2026, we have simplified our delivery prices, and now offer only tracked services at a flat rate.

International deliveries

We’re very sorry, but we cannot currently send orders to any country within the EU.

We also do NOT currently accept orders for delivery to the following countries: Israel, Russia, USA.

Delivery is available to most other countries worldwide, but please ensure you check the options available on the checkout page! Orders placed for “Pickup from store” will NOT be posted.

If you order for delivery outside the UK, your parcel may be subject to import duties and taxes, which you will be responsible for paying. We have no control over these charges. For further information, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.

Collect in person

If you live in or are visiting the area, you are welcome to collect your order from the Betws shop during normal opening hours. 

Select the “Pickup” option at checkout, and we will contact you when your order can be collected. There’s no post & packing charge, but please bring your bag with you, or buy one in the shop.
