It is perfect for cooler autumn days and the cold of winter, sitting nicely around the collar and warding off the chilly wind. The design is also easy to play with and modify, with stripes, different sizing, or a ruffled edging.
Although this pattern was written for Whitfell DK, it would be just as good in Milburn DK and many other of our DK yarns.
